Penoyre & Prasad have been selected as one of 18 practices to deliver architectural services for University College London’s ongoing £1.25 billion investment programme to modernise its campuses across central London.

Kevin Argent, UCL Director of Estates Development said “This is an exciting time for UCL Estates and our new partners as we complete the first phase of our ambitious capital programme and enter the next phase which will include a large variety of projects to ensure that UCL has buildings and facilities needed to house UCL’s leading world-class research and departments.

I am delighted with our partners especially the proportion of SMEs to give us a diverse, strong, collaborative and responsive framework. We will be supporting our partners to push boundaries with us, to nurture new talent; I want to see future leaders developing our projects. This is a huge opportunity for everyone involved.”

Teams were selected following an OJEU procurement process which also sought experts in project management, cost management, civil & structural engineering, mechanical, electrical & public health engineering and building surveying.
