Two award winning projects – Middle Row Housing and The Bloom Mixed Use Development – are included in the NLA Public Housing: a London Renaissance exhibition.
Middle Row Housing consists of 42 new residential dwellings and two new commercial units within an urban block. As part of a wider masterplan it includes the redevelopment of an existing school in the Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea.
The Bloom Mixed Use Development provides 170 one, two and three bedroom apartments across four cores above basement car-parking, retail units and 3,400m² of primary healthcare and social services facilities.
This exhibition shows how London boroughs are working to deliver high-quality, pleasant and affordable homes on estates, smaller sites and large-scale areas of regeneration across London, to create places that can also support the sustainable growth of the capital.
This free exhibition at The Building Centre, 26 Store Street, WC1E 7BT runs until Thursday 18 July 2019.
