Penoyre & Prasad’s design for Minster School in Nottingham, has been identified by Ofsted inspectors as contributing to its recent ‘Outstanding’ status. Quotes from the school’s Ofsted report last November mentioned in particular, the design of the school campus which has prioritised safety, the contribution that the atrium design has made to the creation of a strong school community, and the pride in and respect for the building shown by students.

The school also achieved ‘outstanding’ status in a recent Anglican school inspection which said ‘The school environment has been built to emphasise and enrich spiritual awareness and development and does so very effectively through appeal to the senses as well as the visual design and shape’.
