Partner Mark Rowe joined a wide-ranging and frank roundtable discussion this morning hosted by Bespoke Careers and chaired by the Architect Journal’s Emily Booth.

Attendees examined the changing recruitment landscape now and into the future. Discussions moved from evolving employee expectations, the new skills demanded of the increasingly IT rich design process and inevitably the implications of the ongoing Brexit process.
