We are pleased to announce that Middle Row Mixed-Use Scheme was a winner in the ‘Projects Award’ category at yesterday’s Housing Design Award ceremony.
This mixed-use development consists of 42 private sale dwellings, 2 commercial units, a community primary school, nursery and specialist Speech and Language Centre. The residential sales will be used to part fund the community uses.
Awards are given to projects of great potential where the scheme has detailed planning permission but is not yet finished and occupied; and for completed schemes of outstanding merit. Judges consider many aspects, including the relationship to surroundings and neighbourhood, response to site constraints and opportunities, external appearance and internal planning, sustainability in construction finishes and detailing and workmanship.
