Visitors can explore a virtual London from an entirely new perspective at the NLA’s ‘Smarter London’ exhibition and explore how data, technology and analytics are changing the way we design, build and manage the city.
The exhibition uncovers a host of ‘smart’ projects in London – including Penoyre & Prasad’s Guy’s Tower, which used dynamic thermal modelling, energy use sub-meters and purpose-designed access technology in its design – and examines the role of data in the development of a single building to large-scale city-wide infrastructure projects.
The exhibition is open from 9 October – 18 December and entry is free. Click here for further information.
