Penoyre & Prasad’s design for Crouch Hill Community Park has received a BREEAM Outstanding rating.
Once complete and operational, the scheme will have added the UK’s first zero carbon school to the neighbourhood while removing 90 tonnes of carbon dioxide emissions per year through its innovative approach to community energy distribution. Ashmount School is one of the first wave of education projects to receive the award, introduced in 2008 for projects demonstrating the development and use of innovative technologies.
