Cultural buildings can have an extraordinary effect – regenerating whole areas by bringing new audiences to neighbourhoods.

We have designed a series of highly successful cultural and civic buildings that have provided state of the art performance and concert venues, improving public access, increasing capacity and transforming neighbourhoods.

Most of the projects have involved us in helping to secure grant funding and satisfy multiple stakeholders. We have worked sensitively with listed buildings to restore some national treasures, bringing them up to date and broadening their capacity for a range of cultural activities, whilst retaining their historic character.
