Neil Allfrey joined Penoyre & Prasad in 2000, became an Associate in 2003 and an Associate Partner in 2017. Neil contributes particular expertise in leading the consultation for, and delivery of, large complex projects. He is committed to maintaining design quality through modern procurement methods including 2 Stage Tendering and Procure 21.
Neil is currently leading the Bath Quays South project, a mixed-use riverside development on an historical former industrial site in the World Heritage city of Bath.
In partnership with Arups, Neil recently completed the low energy retrofitting of Guy’s Tower, one of the world’s tallest hospital towers. This major urban project will improve performance, functionality and energy issues common to many civic and commercial buildings of the same period.
He is part of the practice management team with particular responsibility for benchmarking technical standards across the practice.
Neil studied at Sheffield and Kingston Universities.
