Mark Rowe joined Penoyre & Prasad in 2003, became an Associate in 2005 and a Partner in 2012.
He has designed and delivered schemes across a diverse range of sectors encompassing landmark healthcare buildings, innovative schools, high-end residential developments and financial headquarters within the UK, UAE and Russia. Experienced in delivering complex projects to time and budget, he has led landmark and award-winning projects for University College London, the Olympic Development Authority and several private developers.
Mark has worked extensively across PFI and PPP procurement processes developing and contributing to both innovative bid strategies for private sector teams and successful buildings for the public sector. As an early stage advisor he has helped many clients quickly establish the viability, costs, risks and opportunities of often complex sites and projects, particularly mixed-use and master-planning schemes requiring a degree of lateral thinking.
Mark is a Non-Executive Director for the REAch2 Hertfordshire Multi Academy Trust, an initiative to improve business skills and leadership on academy trust boards.
He teaches regularly on the University of Westminster’s degree course and is an external examiner for London Metropolitan University.
